Ellie Goulding joined Dave Berry & Lisa Snowdon on this morning’s Capital Breakfast show to talk about her new single ‘Love Me Like You Do’.
Ellie chatted about her track for the new Fifty Shades of Grey movie, as well as how she might like to try her hand at acting one day.

There’s no handcuffs. There’s none of that stuff. There’s some sensual bits in it I suppose. Not very actually! There’s a nice man it, he’s not famous but something tells me he might get a few more admirers after this video. He’s kind of in the shadows so you can’t really see him that much, which is a shame because he’s a lovely guy.
She hasn’t seen Fifty Shades of Grey:
Lisa Snowdon: We know you haven’t seen the movie Fifty Shades of Grey.
Ellie: No I have not. Because that’s what I’m like, such a hard worker. Do you know what though, I can’t wait to see it. I’ve seen some of the clips and stuff. My manager’s seen it, and she came out a bit ‘oooo.
Trying her hand at acting:
Dave Berry: Rita Ora has a part in the movie, she plays Mia, would you ever act Ellie? Is there a part of you that ever wants to get involved? Not necessarily in erotic fiction, but is there a film career for you going forward?
Ellie: I’d quite like to act at some point. I just think it’d be quite fun. It’d be another one of my experiments.
Dave: Would you do like a British soap. Would you be in Eastenders or Coronation Street, or would you go straight to movies.
Ellie: I don’t think I’d really. I’m not sure what I’d play in Eastenders or Corrie. I do love Eastenders!
Dave: Ok would you play yourself in Hollyoaks? Would you do a gig in the loft?
Ellie: I mean it’s a good place to start I suppose isn’t it? You’ve to get experience in front of the cameras and stuff. I’d quite like to do a play or something like that.
