Elton John has made the most incredible advertisement

in News

Elton John has made a gobsmackingly great television commercial for UK department store John Lewis.

The ad ‘The Boy and the Piano’ shows that a Christmas gift Elton received from his mother almost 70 years ago, influenced his entire life.

The ad begins now and goes back to the child Reginald Dwight receiving his first piano. Images of Elton’s life are intertwined with highlights from his career.

His classic ‘Your Song’ is used for the soundtrack to the ad.

Elton is on a world tour for the last time which will see him on the road for three years before he calls it quits.

The Elton John story will be told in the biopic Rocketman coming to cinemas in February 2019.
