Elvis Costello and the Roots once said that their show last September at Brooklyn Bowl was a one-time only event. Luckily, they were wrong.
The two artists, who teamed last year for the critically acclaimed album Wake Up Ghost, have schedule three more live dates for March. On March 12, they will play The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY (tickets on sale January 31 via Ticketfly) and March 15 and 16 to help open Brooklyn Bowl: Las Vegas (tickets available February 1 via the venue).
Costello will also perform in Australia in April including his debut appearance at Deni Blues & Roots Festival in Deniliquin.
He has also set solo dates in Europe for late-September and October. The solo shows have been received enthusiastically throughout the U.S. with Elvis saying “This show may contain any song I’ve written, some you will know already, some are the hits of tomorrow.”
