Canadian art-core band Fucked Up have announced a couple of shows alongside their Foo Fighters support.

The six-piece have done their damnedest to reinvent hardcore since their beginning, bringing in sweet female vocals alongside the screaming, using unconventional instruments, and making concept albums.

Their latest is the critically-revered David Comes To Life, and you’ll get to hear even more of that with headline sets in Melbourne and Sydney.

Let it be known that these are very small shows, as Fucked Up like to keep it intimate, so they will sell out quickly.

Frontier Members get a pre-sale crack from midday next Wednesday 16 November and the general public can buy tickets from 9am next Friday 18 November.

Fucked Up Sideshows 2011
Wednesday 30 November – East Brunswick Club, Melbourne
Tuesday 6 December – The Standard, Sydney
