Michael Balzary aka Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers has sold his property in Moyura on the New South Wales south coast.
The Australian-born bass player for Red Hot Chili Peppers bought the 200 hectare property in 2004 for $1.8 million and sold it for $1.4 million.
The property is in the Magendoura Valley about 10 kilometres from the centre of the town of Moruya.
The historic property included a four-bedroom house and sheds. The main house was originally a dairy. The barn and two sheds were once a cheese factory.
Flea had the property for sale for about 6 months before finding a buyer. He also recently sold his Californian house in Malibu for $3 million.
