Foo Fighters rage with the retired in a video from their new song ‘Run’.
‘Run’ was a surprise release overnight. The song itself if Foo Fighters cranking to 11 while the video is classic Grohl with the band made up as elderly rebelling in an old people’s home.
The video was directed by Dave Grohl with homages to ‘One Flew Over The Cookoo’s Nest’ and ‘Cocoon’ as well as a dance routine at the end similar to Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’.
Foo Fighters debuted the song live in February. It is excepted to be part of the band’s upcoming ninth album but that is yet to be confirmed.
Foo Fighters announced a Singapore date last week. The Australian tour will be announced for September soon.
