Foo Fighters will debut the first song from their next album in Dave Grohl’s upcoming reality TV show.
The show ‘Sonic Highways’ was made during the recording of the album and documents the creation of the music.
The album, due around November, was produced by Butch Vig who previously worked with Grohl in Nirvana on ‘Nevermind’. Vig also produced albums for Smashing Pumpkins (Gish), Against Me (White Crosses and New), Green Day (21st Century Breakdown) and L7 (Bricks Are Heavy) as well as with his own band Garbage.
Vig announced the completion of the Foo Fighters album on Twitter this week posting “We are officially done with the new Foo Fighters album 23 straight days mixing. It’s Epic”.
