LA indie-pop sensation Foster The People deliver a ‘Don’t Stop’ video featuring Precious actress Gabourey Sidibe.
Foster The People have been on the longest ascension of 2011, from their ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ single getting bigger and bigger and bigger, to two Grammy nominations, a third Australian tour and their highly-anticipated Big Day Out slot.
The band’s January 2012 sideshows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney have all sold out, their debut album Torches has gone gold here (the triplej listeners’ poll nominated it the second best album of the year) and ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ has gone double platinum.
Now the band release their third official single from the album, the peppy ‘Don’t Stop (Color On The Walls)’, and have released an equally perky paint-spattered car-chase clip featuring Gabourey Sidibe from the movie Precious.
It has a heap of action, a dash of romance, and a killer paint can accident. Let’s see how quickly you can pick out Mark Foster, Cubbie and Mark Pontius’ acting efforts.
