Following the screening of the George Michael documentary ‘George Michael: Freedom’ George’s catalogue has returned to the pointy end of the album charts.

The 90-minute documentary screened on Showtime this week. The broadcast has fuelled sales of George’s albums on iTunes Australia this week.

The current status of George Michael albums is:

2. Twenty Five
3. Listen Without Prejudice/MTV Unplugged
4. Ladies & Gentlemen
6. Listen Without Prejudice/MTV Unplugged deluxe edition
7. Older
11. Faith
19. Twenty Five (remastered)
30. What The Final
38. Symphonia
74. Songs from the Last Century

George was working on the ‘George Michael: Freedom’ in the months leading up to his death. Towards the end of the documentary he is asked to write his own epitaph. He says, “I’d like to be ¬remembered as one of those last kind of big pop stars, in a sense that there was a certain glamour to it.”
