George Michael left nothing to former lovers in his will

George Michael didn’t leave anything to his ex-partners Fadi Fawaz and Kenny Goss in his will, details of which have been released more than two years after his death.

Court paperwork issued on May 30 means the estate can finally be divided, following the singer’s tragic passing from heart disease on 25 December 2016.

The star, who left behind a $124 million (£98 million) fortune, split the majority of his estate, including his two London homes, between sisters Yioda and Melanie. Meanwhile, George’s dad Kyriacos is left a horse racing stud farm, where he has lived for many years.

The remainder of the Faith star’s wealth is to be split between seven pals and relatives, including his Wham! co-star Shirlie Kemp, and record producer David Austin. The will asks Yioda to decide which friends get what.

Artwork, antiques, and a piano once owned by The Beatles star John Lennon have been donated to The Mill Charitable Trust.

Notable absences from the papers, however, include George’s lover of almost 15 years, 60-year-old Kenny, along with on-off boyfriend Fadi, who discovered the star’s body when he died. George and American businessman Kenny began a romance in 1996, and split in 2011, while Fadi and George began dating in 2012.

Since George’s passing, the 45-year-old hairdresser has been living at the late star’s mews house near Regent’s Park, London, and, according to The Sun, he is refusing to leave the property. The publication reported Fadi has ignored legal letters from George’s family as he believes the late star gave him permission to live there before his death.
