Over 19,000 people filled the Phone Company Wants A Free Plug Arena in Las Vegas for the first of George Strait’s shows in Las Vegas.
Strait is retired from the road but has signed on for a series of regular dates in Vegas. Those dates kicked off on Friday night with a 33-song show that included not only the best from Strait’s career but also a three song medley of Merle Haggard music.
Opening for Strait was Kasey Musgraves.
