The trailer for the new 2016 reboot of ‘Ghostbusters’ has been viewed over 13 million times in the first day of release.
Ghostbusters comes 27 years after the last movie ‘Ghostbusters II’. The new movie features a line-up of female Ghostbusters played by Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones.
The new movie will also feature cameos from original Ghostbusters Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson. Writer and also original Ghostbusters star Harold Ramis who played Egon Spengler in I and II died in 2014.
Sigourney Weaver, who played Dana Barrett in the original movie also makes a cameo appearance in the 2016 reboot and Ozzy Osbourne has made the credits as well.
While over 13 million people viewed the trailer in the first day, the audience reaction so fan suggests the movie is rubbish.
Ghostbusters will premiere in July 15, 2016.
