Glenn Frey Co-Writer Jack Tempchin Releases Album of His Famous Songs

Jack Tempchin’s credits include Eagles ‘Peaceful Easy Feeling’ and ‘Already Gone’, Rita Coolidge’s ‘Slow Dancer’ and a stack of solo songs for Glenn Frey. Jack is reclaiming the songs on his own album ‘Peaceful Easy Feeling’.

Tempchin was there are the Eagles “big bang”. “This album is dedicated to my great friend of 46 years, Glenn Frey. Glenn and I always had a fabulous time writing songs together,” Jack said in a statement. “We would talk about our lives and laugh. He was the funniest person I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. It was my great good fortune that my buddy happened to be one of the best songwriters of all time. Goodbye my friend and musical brother. Thanks for all the wonderful times.”

The album features one of the last ever Tempchin/Frey collaborations ‘Privacy’, being released here for the very first time.
