Green Day have released their new song ‘Bang Bang’ and announced the new album will be called ‘Revolution Radio’.
‘Revolution radio’ will be released on 7 October, 2016. The album was produced by Green Day and recorded in Oakland,
According to the Green Day info “Revolution Radio is a potent 12-track blitz of angst-ridden anthems that unites Green Day’s fully formed stylistic approach with lyrical themes that address the complexities and uncertainties of modern day existence. Musically, the album is raw, visceral, and fearless — solidifying the band’s reign as one of the leading voices in rock music”.

Green Day’s last new song was the Christmas toon ‘Xmas Time Of Year’ for Christmas 2015.
The last album from Green Day was ‘Tre’, the final instalment in the ‘Uno’, ‘Dos’, Tre’ trilogy released in 2012.
The last official Green Day single was ‘X-Kid’ from ‘Tre’ released on 12 February, 2013, but available on the ‘Tre’ album released 11 December 2012.
