Indigenous star Gurrumul will perform a song penned by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Gary Barlow at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert.
Gurrumul Yunupingu will share the stage with musical nobility Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Tom Jones, Sir Elton John and Sir Cliff Richard at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert on June 4.
He’ll perform the song ‘Sing’, which was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Gary Barlow from Take That, which was originally recorded at Abbey Road studios and in Australia, Kenya, Jamaica and the Solomon Islands.
The whole concert will be aired on BBC One, BBC One HD and on BBC Radio 2 in the UK and streamed for the world to hear.
