Hamer Hall Pulls An All-Nighter: Sound Lounge
For two Saturday nights in August and September, the freshly-refurbished Stalls Foyer, in Hamer Hall, at Melbourne’s Art Centre, will be opening its doors for an all-night dance party featuring world-renowned DJs and musicians.
On 25th August, between 10pm and 3am, one of Japan’s leading experimental artists, Aoki Takamasa, will be making his Australian début and amazing all with his mixing prowess and stunning visual media display.
Dance-party DJ extraordinaire, Kazu Kimura will be unleashing his signature mix of
tech house.
Support will be from electronic soundscaper, Cornel Wilczek A.K.A. Qua.
From 11pm to 3am, on 1st September, acclaimed UK drum’n’bass star and respected record producer and remixer, Rupert Parkes (A.K.A. Photek), will be performing.
