The Harvest Festival has offered refunds to agitated Melbourne punters who couldn’t use their tickets in time due to botched bar service.

If you still have the tickets from the festival two weeks ago, then you have to put them in an envelope alongside a piece of paper detailing your bank account name, BSB and account number to:
