Sum 41 will release their ‘Order In Decline’ album July 19. Here is the new video for the very Linkin Park sounding ’45 (A Matter of Time)’.

‘Order In Decline’ is the seventh album for Canada’s Sum 41. The band formed in Ajax, Ontario in 1996. Singer Deryck Whibley and bass player Jason McCaslin are the only two members left since the first album ‘All Killer No Filler’ in 2001.
