Iggy Azalea has confessed to playing blackjack ‘for twelve hours straight’.
The 24-year-old Fancy pop star revealed she went gambling before attending the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday.
And Iggy prefers to engage with one card game in particular when she’s at the casino. If you think so, it’s not a poker free bets, but probably a game of blackjack. Though poker is her second choice and nothing else.
‘I just like to play blackjack, I played blackjack for twelve hours straight yesterday. I changed clothes in the bathrooms. I’m awful,’ she confessed to Extra.
But Iggy’s long hours at the blackjack table worked out in her favour.
The Grammy-nominated songstress actually left the casino a little bit richer.
‘I wouldn’t leave, I refuse to lose, that’s my motto,’ Iggy exclaimed before noting she ended up winning. ‘I did, I did! I came up very on top.’
Iggy attended the red carpet event with her boyfriend Nick Young, a professional basketball player.
The 29-year-old athlete admitted her commitment to blackjack completely shocked him.
‘Aw, man, she was there from 3 to 2 in the morning, it was crazy,’ Nick noted.
Iggy performed onstage with her Pretty Girls collaborator Britney Spears at the Billboard Awards.
The Australian rapper doesn’t much care what other people think about her performances, but boyfriend Nick’s opinions mean the world to her.
‘I’m always worried about if he will like it or not, if he likes it that’s the only person I really care to ask,’ Iggy said.
The Trouble musician won three awards on the night, taking home trophies for Top Rap Song, Top Streaming Artist and Top Rap Artist.
