Iggy Pop has a New Song called James Bond

Iggy Pop has just dropped a new song called ‘James Bond’ and there isn’t a hope in hell it will be the theme of the upcoming James Bond 25 movie.

Iggy Pop’s song is from his upcoming album ‘Free’ due in September.

“I don’t know what she’s up to exactly, but the tables seem to be turning, and she’s taking over. Well, why not? I’ll try anything once.”

“I’ve never had more fun singing a lyric. Faith’s reading is so loaded, and Leron’s production and trumpet along with the band swings like crazy.”

Filming of the still unnamed James Bond 25th movie is underway. Daniel Craig will play Bond for a last time in the movie, Rami Malek (Freddie in Bohemian Rhapsody) will be the villain and Bond’s nemesis Ernst Stavro Blofeld will return, played once again by Christoph Waltz.

Grace Jones, who played May Day in the 1985 Bond film A View To A Kill, walked off the set of Bond 25 on her first day when she discovered how few lines she had.

Ed Sheeran is the hot favourite for writing the next Bond theme.

Bond 25 will premiere on 3 April 2020 in the UK and 8 April 2020 for the rest of the world.
