Iron Maiden opened their European portion of their Maiden England tour on Monday night at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Barakaldo, Spain.
The show concentrates on the group’s early career with songs from their 1980 self-titled debut through 1992’s Fear of the Dark with the most coming from 1988’s Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. Of the 17 songs played, eleven were played during the 1988 Maiden England tour (marked with an asterisk below). Omitted from the 1988 set list are Still Life, Die With Your Boots On, Killers, Heaven Can Wait, Hallowed Be Thy Name and Sanctuary.
