Jackie Barnes Joins Rose Tattoo

Rose Tattoo have a new drummer, Jackie Barnes.

Jackie, at the grand old age of 32, is already a veteran of more than 60 releases. He was eight years old when he put out his first record with his siblings as The Tin Lids. In recent years he has been the drummer for his father Jimmy Barnes, and the Lachy Doley Group.

As well as Jimmy, Jackie has recorded with Diesel, The Wiggles, The 12th Man, The Ten Tenors, The Dead Daisies and Nick Hardcastle as well as for his sisters Mahalia Barnes and EJ Barnes.

Rose Tattoo also features Dai Pritchard (since 2005), Mark Evans (ex-AC/DC), Bob Spencer (ex Skyhooks, The Angels, Finch) and founding member Angry Anderson.

Rose Tattoo will kick off their next tour in Nürnberg, Germany, Wednesday, 29 August 2018.
