James Reyne will take over Melbourne’s Corner Hotel on Melbourne Cup Eve.
Cup Eve is like New Year’s Eve for the people of Melbourne. “Cup Eve is traditionally a big night in Melbourne and we’d like to invite you along to the first of what will hopefully become a tradition for myself, the band and all of you! We’ll be playing the hits (naturally!), but would love some suggestions in regard to any songs you may like to hear at this show. Let us know your thoughts,” James said on his Facebook page.
James hasn’t played The Corner Hotel since 2008. ”We have been trying to organise a Melbourne Cup Eve show we can make our own, and set up as an annual event, for the past three years. FINALLY this year we have secured The Corner Hotel on Monday Nov 2,” James said on Facebook.
James Reyne will play The Corner Hotel November 2, 2015. Tickets are on sale now.
