It’s official. Japan’s No Regret Life are breaking up but fans have been given 6-months notice.
Bass player Genta Matsumura said in a statement, “ I don’t have the strength to go on with the band anymore.” The three piece band featured Genta on bass and backing vocals, Kazuso Oda on vocals and guitar and Ryuta Hashiguchi on drums and backing vocals.
No Regret Life will do one final tour and then disband in July.
No Regret Life formed in 2001 and signed with Sony Music. In 2010, they went indie and started their own label siral-motion. They released four albums. The most recent was Discovery in 2011.
