The son of the late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, Jason, will pay tribute to his father’s band in a national tour.
John Bonham was a true rock n’ roll legend and his son Jason commemorates the 32nd anniversary of his sad passing by embracing his spirit and rocking out with the classics from Led Zeppelin.
This is no corny tribute act. Rolling Stone wrote about the show “Led Zeppelin’s magic was in effect …” and that the “encore of ‘Whole Lotta Love’ coupled with ‘Rock and Roll’ earned a standing ovation.” The New York Post raved, “this band was exceptionally true to the original studio versions of songs during a two-hour performance”.
Since Zep are likely to never reform (as much as they could without John), this is likely to be your best chance to experience the stunning songs live.
Tickets are through Ticketmaster for Melbourne and Perth, and Ticketek for Sydney.
