Ministry of Dance founder Jason Coleman is about to expand into the music biz. Coleman is preparing for a mid-February launch of his record label Groove Pill Records.
Coleman opened his dance studio Ministry of Dance in Melbourne in 2008. He was a judge on Australia’s ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, choreographer on the Australian production of ‘Hairspray’ and choreographer of the opening and closing ceremonies for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
Jason has worked with Tina Arena, Sheena Easton, John Farnham, Chrissie Amphlett, Vanessa Amorosi, Kate Ceberano and Chaka Khan. His theatre credits, as well as Hairspray, include Chicago, A Chorus Line, Saturday Night Fever and Little Shop Of Horrors.
