Jimmy Barnes Evacuated During Sydney Hospital Bomb Threat

Australian rock legend Jimmy Barnes was one of many patients evacuated after evacuations in four Sydney hospitals today.

Police combed through the RPA, Longueville, Prince of Wales and Royal North Shore hospitals after threats were received.

Medical staff, patients and visitors were asked to leave the buildings while police investigated the threats.

Jimmy is recuperating in hospital after recent back surgery. On the day he learned that his latest album ’30:30 Hindsight’ had debuted at number one he was rushed to hospital for the surgery.

’30:30 Hindsight’ debuted at no 1 last week with 18,391 sales and slipped to number two this week behind Vance Joy but still with a healthy 10,029 sales.
