The monster Byron Bay blues, roots, folk and country weekender have declared its second announcement of artists following the stellar first crop of Ben Harper, Santana, Iggy & The Stooges, Steve Miller Band, Chis Isaak, Wilco, Bonnie Raitt and more.
They’ve just added reggae icon Jimmy Cliff, jazz-pop songstress Joan Armatrading, rediscovered folk hero Rodriguez, blues guitar legend Robert Cray, New Orleans champs Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, and gospel greats The Blind Boys Of Alabama and Mavis Staples.
The hits keep coming, with Allen Toussaint, Wanda Jackson, Fred Wesley & The New JB’s, Michael Kiwanuka, Bettye Lavette, Luka Bloom, Ruthie Foster, Tony Joe White, Sweet Honey In The Rock, The Duke Robillard Band, Shawn Colvin and Seth Lakeman.
The Easter runs from March 28 to April 1 at the Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm Byron Shire.
