Jimmy Eat World will tour this October in celebration of the tenth anniversary of their first top ten album, Futures.
Futures was the band’s fifth studio album, riding on the strength of their breakthrough hit, 2001’s The Middle. While Futures didn’t produce a hit of The Middle’s caliber, it did produce two Alternative chart hits with Pain (2004 / #1 Alternative / #93 Pop) and Work (2005 / #6 Alternative / #110 Pop).
The tour opens on October 2 in Ventura, CA and runs through October 22 in Raleigh, NC. Fan presales start this Thursday (June 26) at 10 AM (local time) with general sales opening the next day.
