Stars Wars director JJ Abrams says he will start an indie record label Loud Robot.
Abrams Bad Robot production company will have a record label with almost the same name. He has done the deal with Capitol Music Group.
Capitol will fund Loud Robot which aims to record music for soundtracks, TV and games.
The synergy comes just after Abrams revealed Bad Robot was creating a gaming division.
As well as Star Wars, Abrams is behind the Lost and Westworld TV series.
Loud Robot staff include McKee Floyd, Nicky Berger and Charles Scott.
