Joe Perry Armed With Spray Can Hints At Aerosmith Tour

by Paul Cashmere on April 5, 2014

in Live,News

Aerosmith are about to head out on a US tour, if you can believe Joe Perry and his spray-can.

The Aerosmith lead guitarist “vandalised” the wall of a studio in Los Angeles in the early hours of Thursday morning with an Aerosmith logo, the words ‘Let Rock Rule’ and the date April 8.

The announcement of the Aerosmith ‘Let Rock Rule’ tour is expected to be made next Tuesday April 8. Slash will be special guest on the tour.

The April 8 announcement won’t come much as a surprise to fans. On March 22 Slash tweeted “Great news! We’ll be touring the US with @Aerosmith this summer! Stay tuned for dates. Its going to be a killer tour! R n Fn’ R! iiii]; )’”

Aerosmith’s Joey Kramer also had loose lips on Twitter also posting on March 22, “It’s official @Aerosmith @Slash US Tour 2014 dates coming soon !!”

It seems Joe Perry may have just made himself a criminal for nothing. Under Californian law Perry technically broke the law by spraying the wall but the owner of the building says he will not be pressing charges.
