John Butler Announces New Album With New Song

John Butler Trio will release ‘Home’, their first album in fours years, in September and have launched the title track as a taster.

In a statement John said, “Given the very personal subject matter of these new songs I pondered what it might mean to record in mainly a solo format for the first time ever,” explains John Butler. “(This track) scratches the surface of the emotional and sonic landscape that eventually became the bedrock of the album.”

The John Butler Trio have been on tour across the USA since June after performing shows in Australia earlier this year.
