The Port Fairy Folk Festival has added another 25 local and international acts including John Butler and Adam Cohen.
The festival, which runs from March 9 to 12 next year, already had an impressive line-up, including Judy Collins, The Lonesome Rangers, Eric Bibb & Staffan Astner, Harry Manx, Lanie Lane, Clare Bowditch, Tripod, Jeff Lang and scores more.
Now they’ve added Leonard’s son Adam Cohen, John Butler doing a solo set, Scottish traditional act The Battlefield Band, smoky US roots soul singer Krystle Warren, and country rock pioneers Chris Hillman and Herb Pedersen (The Byrds, Flying Burrito Brothers).
They also bring new Aussies aboard, including Harry James Angus solo (Cat Empire, Jackson Jackson), legend Archie Roach, ramblin’ party band Eagle & The Worm, guitar hero Jimi Hocking, Celtic-style band The Borderers, and folk singer Daniel Champagne.
