The ad for Dannon Oikos aired during the 2012 Super Bowl.

Butler announced today that he had come to “satisfactory settlement in relation to the use of the song”. The ad was similar to his hit song ‘Zebra’.

Poptent have since removed the Butler sounding soundtrack to the ad. In Butler’s statement it says “both parties are happy this issue is behind them”.
