John Farnham has been playing sold-out Red Hot Summer shows across New South Wales and South Australia and will complete the tour with three more Queensland shows this month.

After a health scare earlier in the year the first of the Farnham shows at Bateman’s Bay drew thunderous applause from the fans. Red Hot Summer founder Duane McDonald says, “The crowd well knew of John’s recent health issues and this was evident with the roar when he stepped out”.

John has been having some fun with the audience, even including his 60s pop hit ‘Sadie (The Cleaning Lady)’ into the Sydney set.

John Farnham is playing the Red Hot Summer shows with the all-hit line-up of Daryl Braithwaite, Jon Stevens, Vanessa Amorosi, Thirsty Merc and Dragon.

The remaining Farnham Red Hot Summer shows are:

April 13, Noosa
April 20, Rockhampton
April 27, Cairns
