Vaughn Anthony, the little brother of John Legend, has released his first mixtape ‘Life Of A Player’.

Vaughn got his kickstart in the family business with a collaboration with his famous brother on the record as well as a little help from Rick Ross and Prodigy of Mobb Deep.
John Legend is supporting lil’ bro. “When it comes to my younger brother, he’s got to prove that he can stand on his own,” shares Legend. “I want him to be out there flourishing as soon as possible. Musically I feel like he’s ready to do it,” John says.
Vaughn adds, “R & B is music that resonates in the soul and I believe helps to teach us about life. It instructs us about heartbreak, relationships, and helps to define what it means to be not only a player, but also a conscious man, a working man, and a family man.”
Vaughn’s first single ‘Hold Me Down’ debuted at no. 1 on the hotnewhiphop.com chart. “I think there’s enough of a difference to where people won’t just think ‘Oh he’s John’s little brother.’ They’ll think ‘oh, he’s Vaughn Anthony’,” says John.
