On February 15, Noise11.com reported that squillionaire Tareq was suing his former wife and her rock star boyfriend for $50 million after Michaele left him for Neal.

The couple are old friends. They met 15 years ago, before Michaele was married to Tareq.

Michaele starred in the reality show Real Housewives of DC. At that time she was married to Tareq, the owner of America’s largest polo tournament.

In September, 2011, Tareq reported her missing but as it turns out she ran off with Neal. Tareq then started legal proceedings for $50 million in damages claiming that she embarrassed him.

On Monday the Circuit Court for Warren County found the lawsuit “deficient’. The case was dismissed on all accounts.

Journey’s most recent album ‘Eclipse’ was released in May 2011. Buy the ‘Resonate’ video here.

The band will start their US tour in July with Loverboy and Pat Benatar.
