Radio DJ David Mueller has had his case against Taylor Swift thrown out of court.
Mueller argued that Swift had him fired after it was alleged he groped the pop star at a meet and greet hosted by his radio station.
Mueller sued Swift for $3 million in damages after he was fired from the station. Swift retaliated counter-suing Mueller for $1.
Judge William Martinez examined the evidence and found no proof that Swift had Mueller fired from his station.
The court did hear that Mueller had a “despicable and horrifying and shocking” confrontation with Swift. In her testimony Swift said, “It was a definite grab. A very long grab”. She also testified that Mueller tried to “lift my shirt” while a photo was being taken.
Mueller’s girlfriend Shannon Melcher was also in the photo which shows the three people smiling. She testified that after the photo she and Mueller were escorted from the room.
The jury will return Monday for closing arguments on the Swift vs Mueller case.
