Assange, a massive fan of The Simpsons, will star in the 500th episode.
The Wikileaks founder is under house arrest in the UK and had to phone in his voice-over.
According to Entertainment Weekly, The Simpsons casting director Bonnie Pietila was given the chore of tracking down Assange. She also found former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and signed him up for an episode.
In the episode, Homer and Marge will be evicted from Springfield and try and sneak back in. They meet Assange in the outside community.
Episode 500 will air on February 19 in the USA.
