Justin Bieber’s neighbour has accused the singer of assaulting him.

The 19-year-old Baby singer arrived at his Calabasas, California home Tuesday morning after performing a number of concerts in Europe.
TMZ reports Justin was involved in scandal soon after he settled in, as a resident from his neighbourhood came onto his property to call attention to a grievance.
The neighbour and Justin reportedly got into a heated verbal altercation just after 9.00am and the man in question accuses the pop star of making physical contact with him.
Los Angeles County Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore told the website a battery report has been filed and officials are actively investigating whether Justin threatened the alleged victim during the incident.
Sources connected to Justin’s security detail tell TMZ that the neighbour trespassed on the singer’s property and began yelling about the wild, disruptive parties that were thrown at Justin’s house while he was away on tour.
Apparently Justin told him to leave, never touched him and ordered his security team to escort the disgruntled man from his property.
The Canadian crooner was mired in controversy earlier this month after he arrived a reported two hours late for a concert in London, UK, and was taken ill while on stage several days later.
He was also seen lashing out at a photographer while leaving his hotel.
Justin assured fans he is not going off the rails.
‘When people point a camera in your face the whole day and scream ugly things in your face. I’m just human. I’m far away from home; I miss my folks, my siblings, my friends,’ he told German newspaper Bild recently.
‘I don’t regret anything. I’ve learned from every single mistake I made.’
