Pop brat Justin Bieber briefly clashed with rapper Desiigner during a night out in New York City on Thursday.
Bieber headed to Manhattan hotspot 1 OAK after his concert in Brooklyn, and was partying in the VIP section when Desiigner’s performance allegedly turned rowdy.
Sources tell TMZ.com the hip-hop newcomer got “a little too hyped” as he bounced around the stage, and then invaded the VIP area, where he jumped around and repeatedly “stomped” on Justin’s toes.
Video footage obtained by website editors shows Justin shoving Desiigner away from him, prompting Kanye West’s protege to turn around and apologise.
An eyewitness claims the Panda hitmaker told the singer, “My bad”, before completing his set.
Desiigner was escorted out of the club following his performance as, at 19, he was too young to continue partying at the 21-and-over venue.
Justin has yet to comment on the incident, which occurred as he tried to unwind following his two-night stint at the Barclays Centre as part of his Purpose World Tour.
During Thursday night’s show, the youngster showed off his vocals by performing a cover of Justin Timberlake’s hit song Cry Me a River. The 22-year-old took to the stage at the Barclays Centre with his guitar to strum along as he delivered a pitch-perfect acoustic rendition of the 2002 tune.
Bieber’s cover took place hours before Timberlake released his new single, Can’t Stop the Feeling – his first new material since 2013’s The 20/20 Experience.
The catchy summer tune is included on the soundtrack for his upcoming animated movie, Trolls, and the accompanying video features guest appearances from co-stars like Gwen Stefani, James Corden, Anna Kendrick, Kunal Nayyar, and Ron Funches.
