Reality TV star Kim Kardashian will reportedly give birth on Christmas Day (25 Dec15).
The 34-year-old brunette is currently expecting her second child with her husband Kanye West, with the tot confirmed to be a boy.
Kim’s due date hasn’t been confirmed as yet, but it’s now been suggested she could be getting an extra special present this holiday season.
According to TMZ the star is likely to welcome her baby into the world on December 25 (15). Although birth dates are a moveable feast, it seems Kim’s is pretty locked down because of a pregnancy condition she suffers from. It sees the placenta grow in a dangerous way within the uterus, meaning the baby and Kim need to be monitored carefully. This means doctors have already thought about the best time for her to go into labour, to ensure she and her tot remain healthy.
The plan is said to be for her to have a natural birth, but if that isn’t possible or if she hasn’t gone into labour by December 25 (15) she will reportedly likely have a caesarean section.
Kim and her hip-hop star spouse are rumoured to have already started making birth plans, booking a luxury maternity room at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.
The couple are already parents to two-year-old daughter North and they have made no secret of their desire to add to their family. Kim struggled to fall pregnant with baby number two, with her issues documented on her reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
She was seen having a procedure to clean out her uterus on the show, with a doctor telling her it was possible old pieces of placenta had got stuck in it.
In June (15) she told America’s Glamour magazine why she had decided to be open about her issues.
“Meeting people at my fertility doctor’s office who are going through the same things I’m going through, I thought, ‘Why not share my story?'” she said. “It’s been really emotional. One doctor told me I would need my uterus removed after I had another baby – I could only have one more.”
