Kanye West is working from the other side of the desk producing new albums for Pusha T, Kid Cudi, Teyana Taylor as well as his own two albums.
West announced the projects via a Tweet:
“I’m hand producing all the albums I tweeted about. Been chopping samples from the sunken place Pusha May 25th My album June 1st me and Cudi June 8th and Teyana June 22nd and oh yeah…
“Nas June 15th”

The “hand producing” bit is an interesting statement. While taking a producer credit Rick Rubin is more likely to advise and then delegate production duties without really getting his hands dirty.
West is stating that he is in the studio working with the artists to knock out their next records.
The Nas record is big news. Nas hasn’t had an album since ‘Life Is Good’ in 2012. He released 11 albums between 1994 and 2012. The new album is yet to be named.
Pusha T’s album has been christened ‘King Push’. It will be the thiord album for the rapper. His last record ‘King Push – Darkest Before The Dawn: The Prelude’ reached no 20 on the Billboard chart.
Kanye West produced the first Kid Cudi album ‘Man In The Moon: The End Of Day’ in 2009. The yet to be titled album will be his seventh album since 2009.
The Teyana Taylor album will be her second record. ‘VII’ was released in 2014. It featured an appearance from Pusha T.
West’s last album was ‘The Life Of Pablo’ in 2016. His new record will be the first of two albums he will release in 2018.
All of the above albums will be released on West’s own GOOD Music label.
