Poet Poppin was born on Thursday, the second child for Kasey and husband Shane Nicholson and third child for Kasey.
“Hey guys. Just a quick update for ya. ‘Poet Poppin’ doing awesome,” Kasey wrote on Facebook. Sleeping well, feeding well and giving us lots of those fake smiles that ‘we’ as parents are totally convinced are indeed genuine smiles and not just ‘wind’. Ha.Talon and arlo are loving her- well sorta- talon just can’t stop touching and kissing her and arlo def does love her when there is no distracting Lego to play with. I am feeling great-like I could run a marathon-although I prob won’t. Thanks for all your well wishes”.
Kasey will be taking some time off while her new album ‘Storybook’ does the working for her. It debuted at no. 21 on the ARIA chart last week. Her biography ‘A Little Bird Told Me’ is currently in the best-sellers list in Australian bookstores.
