British singer songwriter Kate Nash had her new album ‘Girl Talk’ crowd funded and will release the album through her own label Have 10O Records in September.
Nash was named Best Female Artist at the 2008 BRIT Awards after releasing her debut album ‘Made Of Bricks’ the previous year. ‘Made of Bricks’ reached number one of the UK chart.
Nash has also been involved in movies, appearing in the last three years in ‘Syrup’, ‘Greetings From Tim Buckley’ and ‘Powder Room’. Kate will tour Europe from August 30 and then North America from October 29 and plans to fit a few Australian dates in before the end of the year.
Grammy Award winning producer Tom Biller produced ‘Girl Talk’ at the Paramour Mansion in LA. The Australian version of the album will include the bonus track ‘Girl Gang’.
Kate Nash ‘Girl Talk’ Australian edition will be released on September 20, 2013.
