And the winner of The Voice is … Keith Urban who has scored his first ever Australian number one debut off the back of a reality show.

Urban’s ‘The Story So Far’ is a regurgitated repackaging of his ’18 Kids’ greatest hits album with one new song.

Keith is certainly over the moon that his fans like the old stuff better than the new stuff. “Just got the news that our album is #1 here in Australia!!! I’m totally blown away Australia. Thank you all SO much for the love and support…Can’t wait to launch the tour,” he said in a statement.

Urban is a coach on the Australian version of The Voice reality TV show. He plays the Blake Shelton character in the Aussie version.
