Something is going on in the Bloc Party camp and singer Kele Okereke is being left in the dark about it.
The members of Bloc Party gathered in a recording studio with Kele but he found out about it.
Kele told NME he was in New York and discovered his band had started rehearsing without his knowledge.
He told NME, “There was this rumour going around that we were supposed to be recording in September. I don’t know where that came from. I was actually eating lunch on a café on the street about three weeks ago on 8th Avenue and I saw somebody walk past. I recognised the haircut. It was Russell. He had headphones in and he was carrying a guitar. He didn’t see me. I followed him around the corner and I saw Matt, Gordon and Russell all standing outside a rehearsal space and they were all carrying their instruments. I thought what’s going on here? They all went inside. I think something is going on but I’ve got no idea what is going on”.
