Kimbra Debuts At 14 In America

Kimbra ‘Vows’ has cracked the Billboard chart at no. 14.

The Melbourne based Kiwi singer songwriter first released ‘Vows’ in August, 2011. It reached no. 4 in Australia and no. 3 in New Zealand.

‘Vows’ sold 21,665 units in its first week in the USA.

Kimbra has been concentrating on the American market ever since her profile was raised significantly with her appearance on Gotye’s ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’. She was one of the buzz acts this year at SXSW in Austin.

Kimbra performed her single ‘Settle Down’ last week on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
