Kiss will give fans the first taste of their new album ‘Monster’ with the release of the first single ‘Hell Or Hallelujah’ tomorrow (July 2, 2012).
‘Hell Or Hallelujah’ is a full-on Gene Simmons rock song true to the essence of Kiss. “There are no symphony orchestras, boy choirs, keyboards, outside producers or songwriters on this album,” promises Gene Simmons. “The best thing we did was to turn inwards to ourselves. Tommy and Eric have revitalized this band, with a work ethic and the talent to back it up. This is a real band effort. KISS has become a behemoth. We’re going where no bands have gone before.”
‘Monster’ will be the 20th studio album from Kiss. The album will be released in October.
As well as the general release album, 1000 copies of ‘Monster’ will be released as a deluxe coffee table edition featuring 126 photos from the band’s career. The three-foot high, two and a half feet wide and two inch thick coffee table edition will be signed by all four members of the band. The Australian price – $3499 before July 3 and $4299 afterwards.
Have a listen to this 30-second sample of ‘Hell or Hallelujah’ before the official release tomorrow.
