Australia’s Kristy Coote has completed her debut album ‘Favourite Thing’ in Nashville and will showcase shows in Australia in May and June.
Kristy will head out on tour with GANGgajang for three dates as well as showcase with Jason Singh in Melbourne.
“Recording in Nashville was absolutely brilliant,” Kristy said. “Mike Flanders, my awesome Australian producer, is based there, and has been there for some years. I also co-wrote with a bunch of other Aussies including: ‘Pretending’ with Clive Young, ‘Superpower’ with Anthony Snape, ‘In My Heart’ with Sarah, ‘Crazy’ Chaise Flanders. So the album really is a collective Australian effort. ”
In 2015 Kristy released ‘Free Wind’.
Her debut album release ‘Favourite Thing’ out on May 20.
